Vintage Sleeveless Striped Dress by Joni Blair

Here is an amazing sleeveless dress by Joni Blair. 100% polyester, and made in USA. White dress with diagonal multi colored striping throughout. Removable matching cloth tie at the waist. Light weight, very sheer, super soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with tons of life left. The tag says Size 3, but here are the measurements taken laying flat.
