Vintage Green and Black Plaid Skirt

Here is a lovely vintage skirt. It's 75% rayon and 25% polyester, and made in the USA. Wonderful olive green and black fabric in a classic plaid pattern. Pleated detail starts about half way down the skirt. Ten inch zipper down the back. Light weight, sheer, and super comfy! It's in amazing shape with years of life left! The tag says size 3-4, but here are the measurements (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses) Here are the measurements laying flat:
